From January 2025 to May 2026, eight notarial institutions in Changsha processed over 41,000 foreign-related notarization cases, with the notarized documents applicable in more than 180 countries and regions worldwide. By virtue of green-channel preliminary acceptance, one-stop notarization and authentication integrated services, and overseas remote video notarization, Changsha has significantly streamlined and accelerated cross-border business procedures for local enterprises.

2025年1月至2026年5月，长沙8家公证机构累计办理涉外公证4.1万余件，相关公证文书发往全球180多个国家和地区使用。通过“容缺受理”绿色通道、“公证+认证”一站式联办、海外远程视频公证等服务，长沙正让企业办理跨境业务更高效、更省心。
