当东方哲思遇见西方雕塑，一场跨越文化的艺术盛宴

The debut International Artist Residency Program fruit show Human · Beast launched on July 11 at Hunan Chinese Painting Gallery. American Sculpture Association committee member Simon Kogan and Hunan artist Luo Xiangke co-created around 40 sculptures during a 3-month studio residency. Artworks dialogue ancient Chinese and Western thinkers, mixing human figures and wild animal motifs. The theme derives from their shared experience of relentless creation. Two artists hold distinct but complementary aesthetics. This free exhibition closes on July 15, showcasing decades of their cooperative artistic bond.

首届国际艺术家驻访项目成果展《人・牲》7月11日于湖南国画馆开展。美国雕塑协会委员西蒙・科冈与湖南艺术家罗湘科驻馆创作三月，产出近40件雕塑。作品融合中西古代哲人与野兽题材，展览主题来自二人全身心投入创作的共同感悟。两位艺术家拥有截然不同却互补的创作美学。本次免费展持续至7月15日，完整呈现二人多年合作的艺术联结。
