Go home after graduation, or stay and build something of your own? For 25-year-old Malaysian graduate Wang Peiwen, the answer was clear.

留学毕业后，你会回家，还是留下开启下一段人生？25岁的马来西亚留学生王佩文选择了后者。

After studying in Changsha, she is now preparing to start a trading business in Yueyang, connecting Hunan-made products with markets in Malaysia, Thailand and beyond. Her family’s experience in international trade, access to Chenglingji Port and growing links with Southeast Asia all helped shape that decision.

在长沙完成学业后，她准备在湖南岳阳创办贸易公司，把湖南产品带到马来西亚、泰国等东南亚市场。家庭国际贸易经验、城陵矶港的物流条件和不断加强的跨境连接，让她看到了新的机会。

She recently received Yueyang’s first entrepreneurship-related residence permit for a foreign national. From student to entrepreneur, her next chapter is still being written in Hunan.
