From Uganda, William has been a parade performer at Changsha Window of the World for eight years. He always calls himself a Changsha "local". Singing, from Super Idol to catchy dialect tunes, is how he connects with people. In eight years, Changsha transformed — and so did he, from an unknown newcomer to 1.2 million followers. Yet he firmly believes "the right time will always come". His mission stays unchanged — to make everyone happy.
